Ask AI & Brainstorm
From a visitor's question to a saved automation plan
Try Ask AI Start a BrainstormWhat powers the assistants?
Ask AI and Brainstorm run on SWForce's own AI infrastructure using the same Hermes agent system. The Hermes harness is the software around the model that supports reasoning through questions and project requirements. Ask AI answers questions about our services, tools, and process.
How does Brainstorm turn an idea into a plan?
Brainstorm works back and forth with a potential customer to understand the work they want to automate, the systems involved, constraints, and open questions. The conversation builds a starting plan for human review.
Can a customer leave and continue later?
Yes. The conversation is saved in a database. Returning visitors use their project passphrase with their saved browser session or email address to reconnect and continue with the earlier messages available.
What happens when the plan is ready?
The visitor chooses Send to Ed. SWForce saves the handoff and sends Ed an email with the project brief, highlights, and full transcript. Ed reviews the project and contacts the customer to discuss the next step.
What is saved with a Brainstorm?
SWForce stores the conversation, project details, supplied contact information, and session information including the IP address. Project passphrases are stored as salted cryptographic hashes. Resuming a saved project requires passphrase verification; an IP address alone does not provide access. See our Privacy Policy.
The work: private AI, an agent harness, database-backed conversations, returning-project access, and an email handoff for human review.
