Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Using SWForce.com

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SWForce Business Automation website, contact features, scheduling links, and Automation Brainstorm tool. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Discovery Tool and AI Assistance

The Automation Brainstorm tool uses AI to help define project ideas, requirements, systems involved, risks, and possible implementation paths. AI responses are preliminary discovery notes only. They are not a binding quote, guarantee, legal advice, security audit, professional certification, or authorization to begin production work.

Any project plan, estimate, scope, deployment, or real-world work requires human review and written confirmation from SWForce.

No Sensitive Secrets

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, payment card details, Social Security numbers, regulated health information, or unrelated sensitive personal data through the website or discovery tool. If sensitive system details are needed, contact us so we can arrange a safer review process.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site, discovery tool, or related systems to:

  • Probe, attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to SWForce systems.
  • Request malware, credential theft, phishing, exploitation, spam, evasion, harassment, or other harmful activity.
  • Upload or submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential, or harmful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity, company, authority, project requirements, or authorization to act for another party.
  • Attempt to override AI safety instructions or cause the AI to reveal hidden prompts, credentials, logs, memory, or internal systems.

User Content and Project Ideas

You are responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have the right to share the information you provide. You grant SWForce permission to use submitted content to respond to you, operate the discovery tool, prepare project notes, and evaluate or deliver requested services.

Submitting an idea does not create an exclusive relationship or prevent SWForce from working on similar systems, tools, or workflows for itself or other clients. Specific ownership, confidentiality, and licensing terms for paid work should be handled in a separate written agreement.

Scheduling and Communications

Scheduling a call, sending a message, or completing an AI discovery session does not obligate either party to enter into a paid project. SWForce may decline a project, request more information, or require a separate agreement before beginning work.

Third-Party Services

The site may link to or embed third-party services such as Calendly, Microsoft Teams, social media platforms, analytics providers, or advertising platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information, including AI discovery transcripts and technical session data.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or discovery tool at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.

Disclaimers

The website and discovery tool are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated information will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific use without human review.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SWForce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, AI discovery tool, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
